RC25: Reinforced concrete has steel embedded so that the two materials act together in resisting forces. The reinforcing steel, in the form of rods, bars, fibres or mesh absorb the tensile, shear, and sometimes compressive stresses in concrete structures.
Typical strength is 25 Newtons after 28 days.
